Surgical Solutions

Dr. Cavanagh is a board certified dermatologist who has received specialty training in the surgical treatment of benign and malignant growths including moles, birthmarks, and skin cancers such as basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma. In cases where more extensive surgical treatments are needed, Dr. Cavanagh will refer you for Mohs surgery or to a general or plastic surgeon. All of the procedures that Dr. Cavanagh performs are done in our office under local anesthesia.
